Historic Overlook Community Club
The Community Club completed a neighborhood beautification project funded by an Office of Policy and Management Grant. The project consisted of a Center Garden at the cross section of Randolph and Euclid Avenue.
The garden consists of 10' square brick patio, two benches, perennials (Knock - Out Roses, Caryopteris, Cone Flowers, and Coreopsis), evergreen bushes, mountain laurels, and red buds.
Thank you to the City of Waterbury's Parks Department and the Historic Overlook Community Club's President, Sally Odle for their close cooperation and commitment.
