Waterbury Development Corporation's Adopt-A-Spot
Work begins on WDC’s new Adopt-A-Spot located at the public plaza on the corner of Grand & Bank Street.
The Adopt-A-Spot program is designed to encourage citizen participation and community ownership of public areas and to prevent littering in public places through beautification and maintenance.
